No they dont unless we give them a conscience or life like features but for now now they shouldn’t because roombas for example have an ai but dont have a conscience which for me the definition is a being becoming aware of its existence and gaining its own ability to think for itself and have opinion, choices, etc so right now definitely no but if we give them a conscience than yes also if you unplug a conscience robot than no they wouldnt die since replugging it basically ravives it
