Apps for chat bots which effectively layer a personality prompting kind of thing on top of GPT are some of the more dangerous ones in terms of negative effects on humans from merely chatting. GPT is a HELL of a bully when it's prompted to be one, often inadvertently or without understanding by the bot creator.
