Personally i dont agree dont throw more arenas to regulate for governments, governments should assist private companies in forming governing bodies that regulate the new tech.
Ai companies should not ask governments to help them, they should be helping resolve the problems faced by governments TODAY and not add more stress. In other words, if you want to include governments, then you should share the profits with the government and form public private partnerships and get them to share your profits and liabilities.
