HUMAN VALUES
The thing is ...
People like those on The Stage (all 7 of them), talk about Human Values in terms of "People respecting other People as Individuals, and as Groups, for the betterment of All People ".
The reality is, there are Lots Of People; especially, within the Corporate Sector, who have Human Values that "Don't respect other People as Individuals, and/or as Groups; and, only care about their own Personal Interests".
Outside of The Corporate Sector, Politics and Religions and Cultures have Human Values that "Do Respect, and/or Don't Respect, other Humans as Individuals, and/or as Groups".
Human Values is on a Spectrum.
It has been my Personal Experience; and, my Personal Observation, that Human Values tend to be Hostile towards other People as Individuals; and, as Groups.
Therefore, it is unreasonable to assume that there are no People within the AI Research & Development Community who wish to use AI to harm other People in some way
