He's not worried about it because he will be fine and everything he needs will be supplied by the hybrid of super intelligence and robots. Most of humanity will be not only unnecessary (useless eaters), but harmful to the planet. However, if the alignment problem isn't perfectly resolved (basically impossible), he will just be another ant to which the AI will be utterly indifferent.
