I see that you have fallen for the narrative that is being pushed. The AI is a truer representation than any other description, when people then do not like those results they say it is "racists" or have "biased data".
If one demographic have lower grades, cause more issues in the workforce, cheat and scam more than others, etc, etc, etc then that demographic SHOULD be at the bottom of applicants for a job, it is not some wrongful bias. It's exactly the opposite, it is unbiased and truthful
