Eh chatgpt is just a resource just like YouTube. I use many youtubers for mindfulness advice and chatgpt is really helpful for mindfulness mantras when spiralling downhill. sure you should use code words for very deep secrets, and never directly name anyone you have issues with. but it's a great tool helping so many
