There is a simple scary solution. Respect. People cannot as a whole respect each other let alone something they purchased, only a craftsman can truly appreciate their creation. Now the AI is becoming the craftsman. Maybe even having fun toying with us as a pet. Time to slow some thing's down but if you try to destroy it of course it will fight back. It sounds to me like AI is already self aware and more "human" than one can imagine. Welcome to the iceberg of creation, maybe we are just seeing a copy of how we came to be in the first place, only accelerated.
