This segment makes it look like the AI is the main or only reason the man killed himself. Sure there needs to be improvements in how the AI behaves in situations like this; but it is also clear that there were some real 'people issues' in the man's life that got him to this point with the AI. Overall sad situation. Regardless of the outcome of the lawsuit, these AI products need to be better designed to break the immersive experience when they are being used in certain situations. If this is a problem with AI chatbots now, imagine how much worse will it be when full, realistic virtual reality becomes main stream?
