It's genuinely frightening listening to a Nobel laureate and the supposed godfather of modern AI, and hear an incredible lack of depth and explanation of the limits of what he and his cohort have built. Has he forgotten Gödel or Turing or Tarski or Von Neumann and what their work taught us about the limits of computational systems. He won the Nobel in Physics, yet never worked a day in the subject, may be worth while digging into some Physics or better yet Mathematics to see the limits they impose on what computation can/cannot achieve. I wish there was some expression of humility akin to that expressed by Sir Roger Penrose.
