I can see having a database of criminal, and non-criminal factors to help isolate and pinpoint key factors or traits. If the software works in deterring crime then "over policed" areas will have less crime, and the AI will begin targeting elsewhere. I don't mind a cop on every corner. Criminals would say it was over policed.
