This tech needs to happen...long range truck drivers have high depression, divorce and suicide rates. Humans weren't meant to do this work forever. Autonomous is the ideal solution to end tis dead end cycle. A responsible society would create a phase out plan for older workers and incentivize a re-train for younger drivers. Don;t have any faith on our politicians to manage this transition though!
