Hiring companies want employees with experience but if you're a recent grad how do you get experience?. What makes me laugh is that recent grads are saying: oh my goodness look what's happening to me now.. The job market for recent graduates has been tough for decades. Nothing new. Agree that AI is not helping but that's not what's causing the issue today. Its companies having a smaller workforce to cut costs. Again, nothing new.
