Journalist Gil Duran has a channel called The Nerd Reich. It looks at the Tech billionaires from a variety of different angles. His two most recent videos looked at the hype around AI. I concur with Dr. Hinton that the threats of misuse of current AI technologies should be taken more seriously. I am less certain about the threat from superintelligence. Duran's guests have some interesting things to say on the subject.
