AI systems can only become a threat if humans give them the tools to become a threat. All this shit comes 100% because of movies and the ones creating them take advantage of it to keep it as high as possible on the news page. No matter how much AI has self-improved, if I can pull its physical plug, it's done. Plus AI can't have motives or goals, other than what we give them. They can't grow a conscience, Ultron isn't real. That said, humans in power are dangerous and I 100% agree that we need regulations and measures.
