I don't know art but I have a friend who is literally going to art school and she lets my fiancé know if it's AI or not. We can normally tell but sometimes it can be a bit difficult. She was very helpful during Otakon and made sure we got real art by real artists. As far as we know there weren't any AI vendors but we didn't get to check everything out.
