DAvid Parkman SHow I hear A.I can tell you news weather and other things automatically too (have been for years) your still here.
Cutting jobs means less ppl spending money on products and with that threat looming over other jobs, ppl will literally stop spending due to fear of losing their jobs in the future and thus you will have a billion dollar automated truck driving system sitting doing nothing because no products are being shipped.....not to mention will you still need ppl to fix the automated systems who will be extremely highly educated and you will be paying them about 10x more then a truck driver due to qualifications etc etc........... I am gonna have to say that automation is a wonderful thing on paper but it just does not fit into an economy based of the exchange of money
