They can do machine learning and deep learning without knowing Python implementations of many structures cause they exclusively use pandas, scikit learn, numpy, etc… which have more efficient internal structures than python standard library structures for running calculations. Dunno about all but some can read files directly through functions in the libraries. Idk how far u can go with it. Prob doesn’t help google in search can provide examples now that people will copy.
