I will never forget how Sam Altman, the CEO of OpenAI. Cried out loud that Deepseek trained their AI on the data from ChatGPT. But from what I see it's not a problem when ChatGPT trained their data from the internet. Such a hypocrite.
Let's not forget how they also stated clearly how they want to change their corporate structure into a for-profit entity, which would prioritize financial returns over its original mission of ensuring artificial intelligence benefits humanity.
