That's not what these AI do. They "study" and "learn" (quotes because it's not the same way we do those things) from what's put into them and output their own unique output based on the input parameters. They no more steal from these people than a student who learns from others how to draw is stealing from them when that student's work resembles theirs. It's categorically fair use.
