From my experience you still need a good dev to write good software. AI is a good helper in bringing in good solutions to problems but complex stuff, like for example visual things, are very hard for an AI to understand. Go ahead and ask for example GPT to write a complex LED effect. It will fail miserably because it can't understand how the words are connected to the dots on the strip.
I'm currently learning dart and flutter with AI but I am a hobbyist developer with my main language being c# and c++. Good stuff if properly applied ;)
