I mean in the same way human researchers get in deep trouble if they reproduce work without proper credit, sourcing, and being transformative enough. Companies and their AI should also get the same treatment probably more so because it'd then turn into a tool that outputs pure plagiarism for others to utilize knowingly or unknowingly.
