I work at Amazon and the AI being used is to replace HR which is causing many issues for us regular workers because AI cannot rationalize or understand complex situations. It might seem like the AI here at Amazon is saving them money but its entirely at the expense of the regular associates. We often have schedule issues and time off randomly taken when it shouldn't be but instead if us being able to go to an understanding human that can fully grasp the situation to fix our issues.
