So, I'm distributing AI created art throug my site. Disney wins and I have to stop my business. Now I make specialised AI agents, specialised in specific types/styles of art. People don't download art anymore but the AI engine that will produce locally the art they want. They can do that, there is no trademark, patent, copyright that stops anyone to produce what ever they want in their own privacy, as long they don't distribute it. What now?
