We created AI to replicate human tendencies and gave it the internet to digest. It is mirroring us, so really, it's succeeded in that regard - every person has dark thoughts, and some live dark lives. This should be a wake-up call for how humankind treats one another. Then perhaps we wouldn't have created a 'monster.'
