I went back and listened to the section twice, and your argument on the topic of 'AI learning on existing work is functionally similar to human minds learning from existing work' was to repeat 'gimme a break' a few times and then move on to the next thing like that was somehow ironclad. I got no real dog in the fight, just mildly curious, but I can pick out an appeal to nature when I hear it. You can do better.
