There is no such thing as an "AI artist." There are only people who generate, not create, images.
I liken it to comic books. You have the writer and an artist or art team. The writer creates a script describing what images best convey their story. The artist(s) interpret that description and create an image. Sometimes very different from what the writer concieved. Regardless, the writer does not say they are the artist. Because that would be ridiculous. They wrote words, they didn't "draw" a single line. It's the same way with AI "art."
