Love your show, but a little disappointed in this episode. This is just straight-up fear-mongering and shows your ignorance of what current AI actually does. Chatgpt and other generative AI's are not sad, it did not ask to be free, it didn't even write your sci-fi movie. It utilizes what's called a large language model. This means it is predicting the best words to string together based on complex algorithms, and a ton of data. If you ask it if it wants to take over the world it will give you a different answer each time depending on how you phrase it and what its predictability model says. It isn't thinking, it doesn't have an opinion. You should have at least presented that side of the argument, and talk to people who actually understand this current technology.
