The government already controls how much HP ur car legally can have on the streets and how much emissions you can put into the air ... they can regulate and monitor ur internet and phone activity .. they can charge you with crimes just because somebody said you did it 😆 they can arrest you for cheering at a street race they can arrest you for j walking so artificial intelligence is a computer program... and the government can arrest nerds for making there computer's dangerous 😆
