Art is a human thing. It takes a human consciousness. AI cannot have the experiences a human has that bring them to the point of creating it. It doesn't have taste, it has consensus taste. It may mimic "heart", but it does not have it. It can be programmed yet it cannot be inwardly compelled to make art as humans do.
