I simply find it hilarious how circular this AI and humans pretending to be the other history is.
Earliest chess "bots": Chess masters hiding under a table and playing the game from there
Then we went from humans pretending to be a chess robot to humans secretly using chess bots to cheat
Copy that behaviour from chess to AI in general and we get all the slop channels that pretend to be human but are really AI written
Aaand now we went straight back to humans pretending to be AI.
