People say big companies like this don't care about employees but understand this, if you owned a big company and your overhead is 10 million a year to pay ppl then AI reduced that to a software that cost 100k a year and now you keep 9 million and 90k a year would you pass that up? My ppl in the comments? It's business not personal. Knowing where AI is going it's foolish to not strategize now and go into something that AI can't do.
