if today society accepts photoshop as a Art tool , AI is also a art tool, personally I make a image with AI (With my own model) with some of the aspects Im looking for, and start working editing manually on top of that, the end result is like 50% AI 50% myself and takes some hours/days to fix AI mistakes + whatever I want to add/edit. If people goes to a random AI website and straight just download the images AI made is technically still art... but I would not consider to be "your Art" since these people didnt even bother to edit anything and called a day.
