There are some jobs which require a license from the government in order to have that job. These include medicine, law, pilot, etc... Those who have one of these jobs will be relatively protected. the reason is that companies will always need someone to blame when things go wrong. The AI will not be subject to legal challenges therefore a human will still have to be there holding a license to take the legal fall when things don't go the way as planned.
