Idk I find this to be interesting.
People have a right to their own likeness, which is why actors and such are protective of their image etc.
Legally I’d say that making a profit/selling AI deepfake porn should be illegal.
However, actually making it and not selling it… how is that different than the daydreams and fantasies people have in their own imaginations?
I do think you’d have to disclose that the content is a deepfake AI to protect yourself from lawsuits from the person the image is of. 🤔
This is going to be an interesting legal and societal development in the near future.
