6:30 That entire segment made my blood boil. So all it does now is encourage people to basically lie on their Cv:s because the corporations are using AI:s to look for Keywords and nothing else -and thats a situation of their own making. Why bother getting good degrees and experiences when all that effort boils down to if the AI is generous or not? They are forcing people to game the system because they are inflexible, rigid, and wont change to a declining job market. You know what, screw that, all AI does is removing the higher ups from any form of responsibility. Also, its a bit disingenuous to have Varun state that India wont be affected that much when they really should look at the job markets at large, for the whole world in general, otherwise you get a skewed perspective about it not affecting large amounts of people, when in reality it really does. Likewise, urging people to get "Soft skills" seems like an circular argument around the problem, like "Yeah you wont find any specific jobs so you better be broaden your skills as much as humanly possible". But also "If you can tap into what Ai doesnt have, what we can add to the Ai process" You do realize that you will only further to replace yourself? Why the heck would any sane human being aid in their own replacement?
