My optimistic take: One that I feel pretty likely, based on Human nature.
AI will replace corporations with producers. The robots will be programmed to do all of the things that help meet human needs. They don't need to be paid, they don't need to be overly-smart, they don't need to have any benefits or breaks. They just need to be programmed specifically with the skills needed to accomplish a particular job, and nothing else.
Humans will contribute creativity and ideas. Furthering our species by spending time on things that are important to us.
Most likely we will be awarded AI work credits that we can spend (like an investment) into those producers. So it will be encouraged for people to send adequate shares towards food production, energy production, and government operations. The more you put into each category, the more you can use from that category. The more you contribute towards the furtherance of humanity, the more credits you can earn. Therefore, ideas, volunteering, and having a positive impact will be key.
Old work based pay will have to be adjusted to this new model. We are almost there, we just have to allow them to keep developing and be patient while they keep it safe. By the time it can replace 50% of the workforce, it will be something we have to do. This will be within 10 years or less... probably much less.
It will be more beneficial to these executives who run these new entities for them to encourage use of their product/service. Therefore, I think product quality will have to increase to convince people to invest their AI work time into the products.
AI will also reduce the factory footprint in a lot of cases. Robots will be able to rapidly prototype and deploy new workflows in a matter of minutes/hours, as opposed to weeks/months. There will be much less need for expensive workspaces that are tailored to human comfort and safety. We can also use the same factory space to make countless product offerings, because the static programming of the past will be completely changed.
Things like vehicles will almost definitely be replaced with self-driving public vehicles. (I'm excited about this). Driving yourself will most likely be a niche activity that will most likely cost a lot of AI work credits, therefore if you drive you will need to contribute your talents to humanity.
By contributing talents, I mean that all of us are good at something. Whether that's medicine, art, science, religion, politics, energy, comfort, safety, culinary, etc. We can contribute our Humanity to teach the AI systems how to be better and help us more. Every advancement will introduce a new Human aspect which we will continually contribute to.
Will it be a utopia, no. Will it be easy to get there, no.
Will it force us to change the world as we know it for the better, yes.
