That case was expressly limited to autonomous art created without any human direction or input. Most of the viewers of this video have NEVER seen an autonomously generated piece of AI art. There was no consideration of copyrighting AI-generated art that has a significant creative transformation by a human. The USCO still considers AI-generated works copyrightable by a human if they take creative control through selection and arrangement, or modification and transformation.
