Right now AI companies are trying to bully pressure the UK into basically abandoning copyrights so that they can keep stealing.
They already stated that gen AI is not going to work if they had to pay for the scraped images and videos.
So yea, they basically try to get everything for free while hoping to make billions off the back of literally every creative person ever and they are already beeing sued for it.
