I think artist will have to come together and work on building a legal team to create DMCAs for AI trainers that use visual art references without permission or compensation. This is how the Music industry works and I think we will have to follow the same path. Cant Copyright style, but there is probably some legal viability in looking into DMCAs for AI trainers that use copyrighted material without permission/ compensation.
