i live in MA and the worst part about this is that, many of these insanely HUGE warehouses are being built in literally days, we had a huge facility rise up in MA revere not longer than 3 weeks its legit like 80% finished, and that's not all the facility takes up several more blocks as in like 3 football fields.
but anyways they're mostly all amazon buildings or so they say, i'd say its more of a data center for AI tech, i don't work in the AI industry, but people that do, i'd suggest start searching or building a new ways to make money, since AI is starting to become more and more and more efficient by the day, next thing you know, you'll be out of a JOB cus DR:AI did the job you do in far less time and more efficient.
