As a full time caregiver for my mom, I spend a lot of time on the phone with all kinds of companies and 70% of the time it’s not American workers taking my calls. I feel bad but sometimes I can’t understand them because of their accent. Automated systems enrage me more. I wish those positions could go to people locally :(
