1. No reason to think we're anything but a specialized "next word" solver who can also "next ____" other stuff.
2. No functional difference between an AI output and another humans, for all we know no one but ourselves has consciousness.
3. In terms of morality and "feeling" no reason to believe that the worst versions will be much different then human sociopaths(just better). Although with the studies that most of our leaders are sociopaths it's not that much different.
