In an AI-Enabled, Network-Centric Peer Conflict, whichever side that decides to remove the "Man in the loop" first, will be the side that wins. The side that insists on having human approval will be far slower than the other side. Whichever side signs an "AI Kill Ban" with Russia and China will also lose, because the Russians and Chinese will just simply cheat, like they always do.
