It's funny that a channel about Law takes a copyrighted image of a car turned into a giant wind up toy robot then uses it for a visualization of an AI. Do you think AIs look like that? Or are you just pandering because that is what you believe your viewers think? Very unflattering and and rude.
Did you just google Image of AI, grab the first one you thought looked cool even though it has nothing to do with subject matter. But if you flash it up when you talk about AIs you create a link. Did you even bother to check to see if it had a copywrite? It does. Did not occur for you to give the artist credit for his work either Is that usual practice as its a very gauche stance for one to take.
Hiding under Fair Use might make it legal to do but still unethical and shows a general lack of respect for artists and the Arts. Ripping off is ripping off regardless of how its phrased.
You did help in making the arguement for AIs in that Humans are shallow and often exercise poor judgement when it comes to treatment of other Humans.
