All businesses are in a symbiotic relationship with each-other. Businesses must sell products, not to AI's but to humans. If humans are too poor they can't buy anything so the economy collapses. Also, every AI has proved it needs oversight, and the root technical issues that cause those failures have not been fixed (yet). But the real problem with AI is the financial bubble it seems to have created, however AI companies already have the answer to that.
AI is a weapon. The AI industry doesn't care if it makes money from public customers like me and you, they just want governments to become dependent on AI and pay big for it. It is the same model as the arms industry. Weapons don't make money, and don't help people, they only exist for governments with an arms (drug) habit they can't escape from, but makes huge profitable for the arms industry. AI companies are in the data / people manipulation and control business, the newest and most exciting weapon available. AI is a weapon. AI companies are taking over the arms industry.
