We NEED a way of FIRST deciding what jobs we actually NEED and want people to do, and then make it financially worthwhile to SHARE them. There would be no such thing as unemployment or any shortages of jobs almost regardless of how many machines, automation, robots and AI we create to do our work for us. All it would ever mean is that we can enjoy more of our lives working ever increasingly LESS.
