As for AI, I find it extremely useful for digging through documentation like for software or programming languages or so. Nothing else much. Ah, maybe spell checking, but I use grammarly forever now for that. Now, as for art (painting, writing etc) - AI will eat itself alive. The more AI art on the web, the more slop, the more AI slop will be used to train AI. And that, was already shown, leads to models degraded to pure garbage. The Internet is already closing up (freeternet is rip, I'm sorry). This is inevitable. AI can not exist without shitloads of freely accessible high quality genuine data. I think AI will stick around, but it will come back into the realm of professional tasks (where data is highly regulated. Medical field, for example. Where you generate the data you then use to train the model etc ). Which is great news
