That is the difference between China and the US's morals. China wants to build AI to help its people. The US wants to build AI to conquer. The Western mindset will never change. It is in their DNA. SMH! Sadly, the Western mindset is always focused on domination, lies, conquering, ruling, greed, and any other adjective you can think of that is against its people's best interests.
