If we will continue comparing AI to humans we will always have problems as creativity and especially conscious makes everything different as we can't blame a predator for hunting an endangered prey but we'll always blame humans even if both will eat the prey SO it's so different artist taking inspiration from others work will always be vastly different from AI art as the process is very different we shouldn't compare as AI should be treated as a tool no matter how advanced it gets otherwise we will create more moral and even political and technical problems
